Pre-Construction Stage

Our team of experts collaborates with the engineers to analyze materials, equipment, systems, and finish grades, aiming to utilize the most cost-effective applications without compromising on quality.
As a part of our commitment to providing the best pricing available, we thoroughly review bid packages on Construction Manager (CM) projects. Our goal during the pre-construction phase is to work out as many details as possible, minimizing the potential for costly change orders during the construction process. By fostering clear communication with architects and engineers early on, we ensure a smooth and cost-effective project execution.

Throughout the project's duration, we conduct regular inspections and follow-up assessments to ensure top-notch workmanship. Our Superintendent and Project Manager actively supervise and monitor all job site activities, and we sometimes engage third-party inspection companies for an additional layer of assurance. We believe in transparency and accountability, and that's why our Superintendent submits daily reports that include weather conditions, work activities, inspections, and any onsite discussions with material suppliers, owners, and engineers.
Project Closeout Stage
Arrow Contracting and Utilities considers project closeout as a crucial phase to ensure the successful completion of every undertaking. During this stage, we schedule a walkthrough with the project owner and engineer to confirm compliance with project drawings and specifications. We meticulously prepare as-built drawings and submit them to the owner for future reference.
Our dedication to customer satisfaction doesn't end with project completion. We conduct any necessary onsite training for plumbing systems and promptly address any warranty items that may arise after the work has been completed. Maintaining close contact with the owner, we ensure that any issues are promptly addressed and corrected if required.
